Steps to Start Using The Online WHS Service

STEPS TO START USING THE ONLINE WHS SERVICE

1) Global Safety Systems Pty Ltd (“GSS”) will send to the End User a Registration form for End User to complete and the Online WHS Service Agreement (attaching a copy of the Online WHS Service End User Licence) for the End User authorised officer to read and accept.

2) End User must complete the Online WHS Service Registration Form, sign it and return it to GSS. The End User must state the number of a) full time employees, b) part time employees, c) casual employees, d) volunteers and e) contractors engaged by the End User.

3) End User must cause its authorised officer to accept the Online WHS Service Agreement, by signing it where shown, and return it to GSS.

4) GSS will invoice the End User or send an Ezidebit form (new customer form) if paying monthly.

5) Upon payment, of the invoice, GSS will provide the End User with a starter kit (Excel Form) and register the Service as being ready for operation in respect of the End User.

6) Note, the End User can populate the Service profile itself or send back to GSS the starter kit for GSS staff to upload.

7) Prior to commencing operation of the Service, the End User’s operational staff must participate in an introduction training session with GSS. At this session they will be introduced to the help section videos and provided with step by step instructions on how to set up and operate the system to ensure that it is effectively utilised.

8) The End User will be placed on the GSS email list and will automatically be sent monthly emails on pertinent points of use of the Service, how to get the most out of the Service and invited to a monthly webinar. The End User will also be instructed on how to lodge a help ticket.

9) On completion of the above the Service will be fully operational for the End User.

10) As the volume of emails generated by this service can be significant, we strongly recommend that the End User set up a dedicated email address to avoid “log jamming” the End User’s normal email chain.
